All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. We offer exchanges only.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must request the exchange within 1 day of receiving your item
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging
  • You must have your receipt or proof of purchase
  • A $20 restocking fee applies to all exchanges
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility

To start an exchange, contact us at maatruu.llc@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1 478-491-1164. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 1 day of delivery at maatruu.llc@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1 478-491-1164. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags

How Exchanges Work

  2. We confirm your exchange eligibility
  3. You ship the item back to us (at your cost)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your exchange
  5. The $20 restocking fee is deducted from your exchange or charged separately
  6. We ship your replacement item to you
