Exchange Policy
At Maatruu, every piece is handcrafted with care. We want you to love what you receive. If something does not fit or you are not happy with your order, we offer exchanges under the following terms:
Exchange Window
You must contact us within 1 day of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. Requests made after this window cannot be accommodated.
How to Request an Exchange
Email us at maatruu.llc@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to exchange
- A clear reason for the exchange (e.g., sizing issue, different style preference)
- The item you would like instead (product name, size, color)
- The timeframe within which you can ship the item back
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping - cost of sending the original item back to us
- Exchange shipping - cost of shipping the new item to you
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the item shows signs of wear or damage
- Exchange is subject to availability of the requested replacement item
- If the replacement item is a different price, we will adjust accordingly
No Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns are processed as exchanges or store credit.
